Easy and delicious Gingerbread Cookies

Hello beautiful people!
So I'm a huge baker especially in autumn and winter (christmas is just too delicious). I love creating new things and I also love eating them haha.
Yesterday I decided to bake some easy gingerbread cookies. And let me tell you one thing: they're the best I ever ate!
Here's how I made them:
Ingredients:
125 g honey
125 g butter
3 eggs
200 g icing sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 and a half package of gingerbread seasoning
2 tbsp lemon juice
500 g flour
Melt the butter and honey together and let them cool down. Mix the eggs with sugar, baking soda, spices and lemon juice. After that blend in the butter-honey mixture and the flour. Let the batter cool down in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
On the next day, preheat the ofen to 180 degrees celsius. After that roll out the batter and cut out the cookies. Now get them into the ofen and let them bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Last but not least ( after you took the cookies out of the ofen and let them cool down ) decorate them with some chocolate or any other icing and your done! Yummie!
